It’s Friday, July 3, 2026: Restaurant Inspection reports are out for June, and I have some serious questions for the people at Scott Honda. Also, a West Chester hotel was quietly closed by officials last month after a fire call turned up dangerous conditions that have potentially been in place for months. And in our top story, we look at the real estate market. Spoiler – it’s good news for homeowners, but not really anyone else.
