It’s Friday, Nov. 1, 2024: We look at the Borough’s new meadow conversion project. The relatively simple change has allowed West Chester to advance local wildlife, reduce emissions, and save roughly $15,000 annually. Plus, the owners of Kennett Square’s Sovano Bistro are bringing their charms to West Chester with a new restaurant in an old location.I have a look at the menu. And speaking of restaurants, Inspection Reports are out for October. They weren’t as bad as previous months but a couple of repeat offenders and a middle school cafeteria are on my watch list.
