Round up of new development in West Chester

New condos, townhouses and apartment buildings:
- Carriage homes on Dean Street. The future five luxury carriage homes that will live behind the Claude Raines Manor on Dean and Church Streets are being framed and marketed. Coming soon, their Zillow listing says, at a price tag of $659,900
- Daily Local Apartments have been downsized to condominiums. What started as a 325-unit apartment complex was reconfigured to 275-units then completely redesigned into a 60-unit townhouse development. The impact on traffic at that busy intersection of Bradford Ave and 162 has been a concern.
